The automotive world continues to evolve and rules concerning emissions and fuel economy are driving manufacturers to develop new or revise existing technologies to improve fuel economy and improve engine performance. Turbo use has shot up from 5% of vehicles in 2010 to close to 50% in 2024, and that number is only going to keep growing.

There are several common claims and features that many manufacturers use in their ads and on the side of the box. The reason is twofold.
