For 13 years of my career, I was an automotive instructor at Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield MO and, I witnessed firsthand how training could set a young person on a new trajectory in a career path. I remember thinking, if I ever open my own shop, one of my main focuses will be creating a program that grows technicians.
