So I first started working here in cars back in my senior year of high school. So those have not only helped me to learn some more detailed repairs for specific vehicles, but also with the employability training and customerservice. What inspired you to take automotive classes?

Auto repair scheduling can be a touchy subject in auto shops for both staff and customers. Customers with cars that need service can be impatient to get them fixed and dissatisfied with any delays or excuses. If you are unable to serve your customers in a timely manner when business is booming, they won’t return.
Ideally, you’ll have a good mix of high-turnover services in some bays and bigger-revenue repairs in others. Every minute that a tech spends under the hood or a hoist boosts your profitability. Why look anywhere else when you get great customerservice at a great rate? As a result, cars get fixed sooner and better.
Afterward, the tech or a service advisor would have to call and explain to a customer what was wrong. If the driver wasn’t car-savvy, it could take several minutes to show the value of a repair. Comparatively, digital vehicle inspection software allows a tech to take photos and videos of the car on the hoist.
Obviously, getting a car repaired isn’t quite the commitment that marriage is, but the principle is still the same. However, the problem that does exist is that shop owners think they’re going to live a life doing the thing they love most when they open their shop, fixing cars. Like most, I was a tech before becoming a shop owner.
