Every 2026 model year Volvo car will come equipped with Volvo Car UX, a new technology designed to make interacting with vehicles more intuitive. Already available on the EX90 and EX30, this upgrade will expand to the entire 2026 Volvo Cars lineup.

The ZR1X was literally too quick in the quarter-mile for its own software, as Ill explain in a moment. So in order to get through the quarter-mile with both drivetrains engaged, they had to juke the software so the disengagement happened at 160 mph, enabling the ZR1Xs "trap speed" to be registered with the full propulsion system activated.

Mazda According to Mazda, the issue is caused by a fault in the Bosch DSC units software programming. This is a "phased" recall, meaning Mazda will roll out replacement units as fast as Bosch can make them, but doesnt expect the full 12,244 vehicles worth of replacements will be completed before the second quarter of 2026.
