During this year’s K&M Tire Dealer Conference & Trade Show, K&M Tire Regional Program Managers Gene Bova and Brandy Seyfert highlighted new benefits and opportunities for dealers participating in the company’s Mr. Tire/Big 3 Tire dealer programs in 2025.
“This program is designed to help our valued customers build profit, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty,” Bova explained.
How K&M Tire Dealer Programs Support Dealers
To qualify, dealers must purchase at least 400 tire units annually. That includes consumer, commercial, agricultural, and specialty tires from K&M Tire. Seyfert noted that the program is free to join and allows dealers to earn additional profit through what they’re already doing – selling tires and service.
Bova and Seyfert showcased what makes K&M Tire dealer programs unique, allowing dealers to “Choose their own adventure.” With the group’s extensive catalog of products and programs, dealers can explore incentives and find the best mix of products and benefits for their shop.
New Features and Incentives for K&M Tire Dealer Programs
For 2025, K&M Tire added Bridgestone to its Boost program lineup, increasing its manufacturer partnerships to nine brands. The Bridgestone program includes quarterly payouts and “double boost” opportunities. This enables high-volume dealers to earn between $3,000 and $6,000 per quarter.
“We’re all about growth. If you improve upon the same timeframe of the prior year, you qualify for a double boost payout,” Bova said. “Additional benefits refer to our exclusive rebates to help with sellout as well as certain time periods. We may also have purchase incentives where, in addition to the boost money, there’ll be a 30- or 45-day period where you’ll earn more money.”
Additionally, K&M Tire improved its consumer rebate program for 2025 by launching same-day digital rebate options.
“Same-day digital rebate options allow customers to go online, submit their rebate, and get an email with a gift card attached within a few hours,” Seyfert explained. “You will differentiate yourself from your competition when customers get their money quicker.”
Agricultural and Commercial Volume Bonus Programs
Bova and Seyfert outlined the details of K&M Tire’s agricultural volume bonus program, which runs from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The program includes four tier levels, starting at $100,000 in purchases. For commercial dealers, the program runs annually. It requires 250 units of 17.5 in. through 24.5 in. sizes, with all brands contributing to the total.
Bova shared an example of the program’s success, explaining how an agricultural dealer boosted purchases from $100,000 to $250,000 in a year and earned an extra $4,000 in profit.
“By achieving $250,000 in total Ag tire purchases, the dealer earned 1% from the program – or $2,500,” Bova said. “However, because they earned $150,000 more than the year prior, they earned up to 1% on the delta and earned a total of $4,000. This highlights how our Ag program creates additional profit beyond selling tires.”
2025 Regional Program Manager Plans
The presentation highlighted the success of Boost programs, which vary by manufacturer. Some programs, like Kumho and Yokohama, feature lower quarterly unit requirements starting at 36 and 30 units, respectively. Additionally, others like Continental and Hankook cater to medium and high-volume dealers, requiring at least 250 units per quarter. Cooper and Mastercraft operate on an annual basis, allowing dealers to compensate for slower quarters, Sayfert said.
Bova said K&M Tire continues to strengthen dealer support by expanding its Regional Program Manager (RPM) network. By the end of the year, he said the goal is for every region to have a dedicated RPM. That way, they can assist dealers in manufacturer and K&M Tire dealer programs.
