Dealer Services Network Acquires QuickView Technologies

DSN acquires a modern web platform that streamlines the tag, title and registration process for Texas automotive dealerships.

Dealer Services Network (DSN), a technology-enabled provider of title and registration services for mobility customers, announced in a press release its recent acquisition of QuickView Technologies. This acquisition demonstrates DSN’s commitment to innovation and its ongoing mission to empower automotive dealerships with cutting-edge tag and title processes and technology, the release stated.

Founded in 2002, QuickView Technologies provides Texas dealerships with a modern cloud solution for digitizing the tag, titling and registration process. The platform’s QuickTitle cloud technology securely integrates with most major Dealer Management System (DMS) providers via certified integration, API, or FTP download, supporting unlimited title clerks and webDealer/DMS import and export of records.

“We are thrilled to add QuickView Technologies to the ever-growing DSN family,” stated Joe Palumbo, chief executive officer, Dealer Services Network. “This strategic move aligns perfectly with our vision for innovation and growth. We are eager to combine our technology and expertise, providing customers with even more robust solutions to drive success.”

QuickView offers car dealerships a myriad of benefits to enhance operational efficiency, provide valuable insight, and improve the bottom line. With this innovation now brought to you by DSN, customers can expect:

  • Ability to import vehicle sales information directly from the DMS into a one-page third-party web screen for tag, title, and registration preparation, forms printing, and upload to the TxDMV webDealer/eTAG application easily reviewable and correctable to process more deals swiftly.
  • Automated digital tag and title process to minimize late fees while improving dealers’ cash flow.
  • Real-time batch reporting for title clerks commission-based and for identifying top-and-bottom production levels.

“We are excited to join forces with DSN. This partnership represents a significant milestone for us,” stated Harmon “HS” Hardy, III, president/CEO, QuickView Technologies. “Customers are our top priority, and this partnership ensures our commitment to their success thrives. Together, we aim to bring ever greater value to the market.”
